Ya I don't think the .357 would be a fun one for her to practice with. The .38 or a 9 would be good. Why don't YOU get the .357 then you can take it out this next deer season!!

I'll get the .40 first but there's a good chance I could be into a 357 as well by deer season since the truck will be paid off next week! ;D

Love it, shoots as well as the H&K my best friend carries (USP Compact .45)

I had the XD 45 as a carry but it was just to big, got sick of carrying all that weight, the PPS is light and thin, its only downfall is a lack of rounds in the mag, the .40 only comes with a 5 and 6 shot mag, there is a 7 shot available from Walther as well, I'm waiting on them to release nightsites that fit the gun though

You know, the things that really has me stuck on the H&K is how it ejects the casing stright up. Gun seems to come straight up and down instead of kicking to the side. I don't know what bugs me so bad about that...

I do, getting smacked in the face with a hot burning case... I have a burn scar on my chest where one went in my shirt and got stuck against my skin

Still it's one of the best firearms I've ever shot and I've probably pulled the trigger on 100+ handguns
