    heres some pics of my current tank, waters cloudy since the corals were just fed, after awhile ill post some more pics. there are 32 different colonies of acropora.

    is this tank a grow out tank ? as I remember you recently finnished a frag tank to stock a planned 300gl or so tank ?
    it looks well stocked anyways:)

    nope

    sold the frag tank with all inside, the larger tank is not going to happen until i build it this winter. so for now this tank will have to do,lol.

    Sweet set-up rg. The last 2 acro mille frags I bought have taken quick crap on me.

    Glad I caught you on this. Just after acclimation within an hour. Looked very good and opened. Then suddenly shut and turning white. I can still see polyps but, no extension. No color either. Not losing flesh. They have current. Current parameters.

    I do have alot of wattage/gallon lighting over a standard 55. 2x250w14k sps blue and 4x65w pc actinic
    My thought is, they are coming from a frag tank with 1 400w 14k mogul. I've acclimated and placed in the lowest spot in the tank. After the first one I even partially shaded the newest.

    my tank is 20" tall running 2-250w sps blue 10k and 2-96w current pc actinic 420/460nm with about 310 par on the sand. the 14k have less par than the 10k sps blues. if you still have skin on the millis, try raising it closer to the lights. acros can live with 200 par but work better with 400 par. if you have a meter, or you can borrow one go for it.
