Personally I like LEDs and if I were you I would look into that because they are cheaper long term and all my corals like them
I don't have any experience with metal halides

Sorry if I wasn't much help
    That's just my opinion :)

I don't know much about the 400 watt option, but I have generally had bad luck with anything coralife makes..General poor quality overall..so I would avoid them for that reason personally. I would also look at led options as I think you will have heat issues with a mh over a 65. My original tank was a 65 and I used my at the time and I had a lot of heat problems.

Well if you bump up your price a little you can definetly get a great LED light
And personally I think it is worth it
For example you could by the reefbreeders value LED fixture for 180
or depending on what you want to keep the marineland reef capable system.

Let me know what you go with :)

yes my concern its the value fixture from reefbreeder will be enough for my tank ? ANDD why the biggest lfs and farms still use metal halide for growing ?

For that size tank, 250 Watt will be plenty of light especially if you are supplimenting it with 4 T5 bulbs.
