hey everybody this is my second aquarium and my first reef tank. My first tank was a 20 gallon fowlr. I have a 55 gallon tank now with a sump that's around 20 gallons. I have about 50lbs of live rock and am running a protein skimmer for filtration. I have 2 clown fish a black long spine sea urchin 5 reef hermits and 5 snails as well as some corals. I plan on adding some more fish and lots of corals. I do want to get better lighting. Pics to come and I'd love to hear what you guys think would be some good additions for fish.

Looking good! I like how open the feel of the tank is. What lighting do you have over it currently and what kind of corals do you want to add? Can't go wrong with tangs, most wrasses, blennies, rabbit fish, etc.

Depending on your lighting, you can explore adding some lps corals

i haven't really been on this site in a while but was just looking at the old pics i posted. i haven't really added a whole lot to the tank. i have just wanted it to establish before i go too crazy with corals but the tank is doing fine and thankfully i haven't run into any major problems. the only annoying thing is the coralline allege growing all over the front of my tank. now that its been set up and running i want to start adding some more corals.
