    I rounded the corners of the bottom baffles so it would not bother the original silicone on the tank

    I used old egg crate I had laying around to give me exactly 2" of clearance for the under baffle

    I sarted by laying out all the dimensions on the tank with a marker to see what it would look like and if I had to make changes it would be done. Yeah that my tank in the background

    After water test tomorrow I will add probe holders and drill for ato, and sensors for ato
    will post those later.

    Your revised design looks nearly identical to mine and it is working great so far.

    Thus, I'd have to support that design since it is what I chose as well......

    looks very professional! I like, and the 8 1/2" return area will work fine :)

    MMcdonald, I am just a beginner and this site really helped me on this build, I would like to thank everyone for their input. Do you get micro bubble with your build?

    Telgar 2nd time I built one but never for saltwater, and I hope it works out we will see in two days.
