I am cutting my own baffles no need to pay some one to do it I already bought a sheet of glass. So if i make all my baffles 10" high i just have to alter them offset by 2 inches?

fischkid I have all the material already just wanted some input before putting it all together, You now nothing like hearing other peoples comments and advice. I made a sump foe my freshwater tank before but I didn't have to deal with a skimmer or refugium, it was also a 55 gallon tank with two bio chambers one on each side, with bio balls and i never had a problem with that one, one thing I was also not running a 2800 GPH pump either.

here is my RODI and Water control unit
the water control unit will set temp , psi, and have a prefilter
and the rodi is a six stage that will get hooked directly into the sump.

If you have a old showerbody that has a single lever you could use that too, basically that is what is on this panel. then it goes to a flow meter followed by a psi regulator then temp gauge then filter to a t with outlet for garden hose

true, I could probably find a suitable diverter valve at the local HD for under $200.
