Here is what I came up with as a wiring scheme for my 24 led setup. My setup is going on a heatsink drilled for 36 leds so I had to figure something out to try and place the leds most effectively. I will be using:
    3 warm white leds
    6 cool white leds
    3 blue leds
    6 royal blue leds
Here is the wiring scheme, I know the colors used don't match but that is what i had laying around. I would love your opinions on it and suggestions

Well, since you're gonna have 8" of extra space on each side, probably 60 degrees at 12" or so! Kinda a guess to be honest though! Maybe 80 degree a little closer to combat spotlighting a little better! I'd shoot them an email with your drawing, tank dimensions, and what you're gonna grow and ask them to be safe!

I was going between the heatsink he is looking at and this one for that reason.

Drilled and Tapped 4.25" x 23" Heat Sink for 36 LEDs

With right optics you should be fine! Maybe 80's on the outside and 60's on the inside! And then get the adjustable hanging kit and you should be fine!

You don't think that 80 all around would be better? My coral is very disperses in the tank and I think 80 would give everyone some of all the colors, is that right?
