3reef biggest looser contest?

so im starting my diet nd work out routine n i thought y not make it a contest of somekind?i cant b the only 1 who wants to get in shape.

ofcoarse i dont have a prize to offer but nothing wrong with some good honest compitition.

any1 i missed either didnt post a weight for me to record or i missed you. in either case post up your weight and ill add you to the list.

i will update fri's. and ill just seperate with a "," per week. first weight is inital weight tonight, every weight fallowing will be consecutive fri's. if some 1 skips i will put "..." in. any suggestions feel free to speak up

And I dont mean it in anyways mean or ill regarded. I really need to gain some weight being 6'2" and 135lbs ...

 

I just did this last year and lost 55 pounds doing P90x, and now im a health freak haha

 

im 6" and weigh 265. but im skinnier than my friend who wheighs 230

I am 6"3 and I'm a bit overweight. At 175lbs.
Do you do weights? Muscle is heavier than fat.
