    I think it's because a tie means you don't lose, but you don't win. Kissing's good, but kissing your sister is not. So a tie has that feeling of not losing, but being disgusted by the outcome. No one wants a tie.

    And I've been waiting since I was 12 years old (when I caught my first largemouth) to see that bass record go down. I want to see a 25 lb bass please :)
