2 Flourecents over 10 gallon?!

Ok i have a 55 that came with a 2 hoods/ 2 light combo; your regular old run of the mill T8 crap fest.
However since they are laying around (i have a t5 fixture on the 55) I want to use them over my 10 gallon mantis tank. I went out and got a new 15W Actinic, and placed it with the 15W Coralife 10k bulb, which i have had on the tank since it was born on 5/10/10. I have coralline growing on the mantis' pvc already!
I'm wondering if this combo is enough to support some softies, maybe some zoa's and shrooms?
