2 clams in a 125g?

    i was wondering if it wuld b alrite 2 hav 2 clams in a 125g reef? i already hav 1 t. crocea thats about 2.5 in and was thinking of adding a small maxima or another crocea of a diff. color

    You can have as many as you want as long as you are keeping track of your ca and alk......no prob

    alrite thanx 4 the quick reply i just wanted 2 make sure before i bought another clam. My calc and alc stay pretty consistent and are where they should be so i'm confident it wnt b a problem

    I have 4 clams in my 200g now, and plan on having many more soon.


    I do have a calcium reactor though....

    Not to hijack, but this short-hand text typing drives me nuts! Sorry hijack over. lol :whip:

    Like already mentioned, keep those levels up and you will be fine. Don't forget to keep an eye on your Mg levels too.

    I have four in a 75 and they are doing great. I also use a calcium reactor to maintain my alk and cal.

    Stock it up buddy! you can put as many as you want. I have tanks with like 16 clams in them and have customers who have had up to 30 clams in like a 75 gallon.

    Awesome thanks alot guys.... I just bought another small crocea i just love the blue and green fluorescence they have:cheesy:

    Have two clams in my 55 gal. and looking for more to add would like to add two more.
