    Hello to all of you I have a 26 gallon bowfront tank and I battle whith algae on my glass and filter
    Water
    Ph.8.2
    Ammonia look like 0 not sure or 0.25
    Nitrite 0
    Nitrate 0
    Calcium 450
    Kh 10 drops

    Lights odyssea 4 bulbs
    2 actenic
    2 10k

    Filter Marineland penguin 200 with biowheel

    Like 4 and 1/2" inch of crushed coral from another tank

    Piece of LR like 30 pounds full of brow polyps, some zoas,1ricodea mushrooms,piece of LR full of mushrooms

    Live stock
    2 hermit crab
    3 peppermint shrimp
    2 3 stripes damsel
    1 black damsel
    1 gray damsel

    power head 800 ghp

    Looking good. Is your setup where you want it to be currentl;y at this stage? I would upgrade to better test kits ie Salifert. Any specific questions?

    Thanks .Yes what i can do for the algae problem y clean the glass daily i been thinking to get a phosphate reactor i do wc every saturday 3 gallon for water I buy the water ready mix

    Well I see the big rock with the Ricordia or Yuma is doing well. Looks like everything made it through the cycle. Are you liking the bigger tank better?

    Did the peppermint shrimp munch on the Majano by any chance? Algae will be an issue initially, it's a very common issue with a new tank. Get your phosphates checked. If you're using pre-mixed salt you should not really have a phosphate issue unless the water change water is adding phosphates. If phosphate levels are good than it might just be an issue of letting the tank age. Try a snail or two as well.

    No the peppermint dont touch the majano you think is a good idea put a phosphate reactor in this tank
