120 gallon fowlr lighting

    So i will be doing a 120 gallon fowlr and needed some help on lighting. The tank is 60x18x25.5. Im not trying to spend a fortune so please keep that in mind. any ideas?

    whats the budget? just want enough light for coraline growth on live rock? fish dont need much. t8 or t12 no lighting is fine. coralline probly need a step up..

    T5 lighting will give you the most color choices for bulbs. I would also look at L.E.D. fixtures too though. There are some on the cheaper end that are not meant for growing coral, and they would say you money in the long run.

    ya just enough for coraline is fine for me. im not sure about the budget but under $400. i just want something simple that wont kill me for money.

    thanks. it says that it extends to 64 inches so is that talking about the legs? wil the 48 in of light be enough to cover the tank?

    so the hagen glo t5 2x54w is my best option? anyone have any experience with them?
