Guppies for certain, don't know about ghost shrimp reproduction.

The aggression is not a concern. The tank contains ~20 affrican cichlids, , tire track eal, 2 redclaw crabs, a fiddler crab, 2 electric blue crawfish, 3 corys, and 4 different plecos.

As far as live it has been getting guppies and ghost shrimp, which everyone seems to love.

Can I breed the ghost shrimp in the 10g? I really perfer them to guppies

If the fish are only to breed for live food, then mollies would be your best bet. The fry are bigger, the parents aren’t as likely to eat the fry, and they breed faster. But it’s up to you
Also, guppy fry are smaller, and the parent’s are more likely to eat them before you can scoop them out to use as food.
