In my honest opinion, I wouldn't pay that for a used system. Overpriced.

My best friend bought a 75 gallon with metal halide, skimmer (good one), lifereef sump, tons of powerheads, ro unit, calcium reactor, and other goodies for 350. The ca reactor was 600 new with bottle and gauges

We paid $500 for our 100 gal with lights (PCs though), stand, sump, sand (which we threw away), lots of rock, two power heads, three pumps, and a protein skimmer (crappy one though).

Tank is worth an honest $200. A good listing would be $250 OBO.
But, when you have a puffer and two hippo tangs in your nano reef it says something about the mindset of the owner.

I'm relatively sure those are fake. That kind of ignorance upsets me. Not one of those fish is suited for that aquarium. Not to mention that those hippo tangs look like they're at least 4 inches long to me.
