I am not sure about that specific tank id it is a good or bad deal but I purchased a Red Sea 34 gallon brand new with 20 pounds of sand and 20 pounds live rock a test kit plus the water for $800 from the LFS here in the Tampa area. So far I am enjoying the tank. No problems and all the inhabitants are doing well. Coral coming into play next month.;D

I also checked out Craigs list and you can get quite the set up for $1000. This is a tough economy and the LFS in my area are willing to deal to move some product. Good luck

You can get a 28g biocube new from DFS for 300. add in a stand, and then minus that it is used, and that is way overpriced.

Guys have been buying used biocube 29gs for 150 with stands around here as of late.

They look like fake corals to me.

    Regardless the tank is over-priced.

IMO a grand for that setup sounds a bit on the border of insane. . .

I think Luna said it best when he said, "Cash money talks." If you were interested in this tank and arranged a visit; took 5 hundreds (or even 4) out of your wallet and waved them as an offer. .

Well, the worst they can do is say no.

It is entirely overpriced. You can get much more of a set up on Craigslist then that for $1000.
