Thanks ppl..I was reading the same article on magnesium when i saw a new message from you all.. Will check Mg tomorrow :)
surely you would need atleast triple the wattage of lights to have good plant grwoth..else try some plants with low light requirements like anubias...
why is that mate? I used to dose magnesium but got lazy to check calcium...will check magensium anways
How much increase of calcium in a tank is considered to be fatal for fish/water chemistry/corals I would like to raise calcium from 200mg/l to...
I have had my first Sand sifter since a year now and its just a 50G

reef nutrition just rocks.... i have bought lots of stuff from them and you really have to appreciate the packing ...Just thumbs up
which one dude?
preferrably just clean all the sponges from the same canister and alternate between the canisters for the schedule
Wise decision.. Just remember that pH of the water from the LFS could always be different from your water...Its not that temp that you always want...
Hi OS again :) Can you let us know a few parameters in your tank 1) Temp 2) pH And finally your acslimatization procedure (of new fishes)?
Cichlids are born that way ;D..Well said mate
its always better to keep the tank without algae... You wouldnt need an algae eater then...Else like Steve mentioned you would need to supplement...
