    Did you introduce any new corals lately?

    Have you checked at night for the usual suspects?

    Asternia stars.
    Zoanthid eating nudibranchs.
    Sun dial snails.
    Sea Spiders.
    Zoanthid pox.

    As always parameters, lastly I have zoanthid colonies do this for unknown reasons.

    could be a nudibranch or other zoa predator, i would take that whole rock out and dip it if you can, then look for eggs and HOPE there isn't any.

    Water parameters are in order. I have not introduced anything into the tank for months. I will look fro critters tonight. I just thought it was weird since the green zoas seem fine and only the blues are looking bad.
