So I haven't been here in a while,. Been busy trying to get my store open and focusing on the local club. Well I need a broader group to reefers to to continue my education.

So here is what I've been doing lately.
Batch 1, hatched, but no rotifers on hand. Total fatality.

Batch 2, came to soon rotifers on order. Didn't arrive in time. Hatched, total fatality.

Now we are preparing for batch 3 and have very dense cultures waiting

Phytoplankton (day 2 after being split.

I wouldn't mind some tips on the rotifers. It would seem my cultures are too dense. Yesterday I woke up to a clear bucket, which I split in half and than fed. Two hours latter both buckets are running clear again. At that point I took out a quarter of each culture and replaced w/ clean water. This doesn't seem to be slowing the cultures down at all, so what next? I cleaned and harvested both buckets today, I'm hoping that will help a little more. Estimated days till hatch is 3.
