swissguard basslet breeding?

Anyone have any info on these guys. I got my fish to pair up (like the day after I introduced the smaller swiss) and they've been showing a braver and more out of hiding behavior since they paired up.

 

What you are seeking isn't that common. Seek out Todd Gardner and ask him directly.

Settlement of the larvae was a very long process for Todd, and only one survived. Not an easy feat, but don't let that deter you.

I'd check out the Marine Breeders Initiative - mbisite.org/Forums/ and see what members have to say on that genus Lots of VERY talented breeders on that forum.

 

I was lucky to even get them and have them pair up so easily. I took a very big gamble on them pairing but looks like luck was on my side. Ive heard people talk about them being very cryptic fish and never see them but I usually see one or the both at least 8 times a day.

 

And I will check out that site and see what they have to say. Ive dealt with tropheus breeding before I was into saltwater so hopefully I can be just as successful as I was woth them.
