not sure where to put this so i put here.....

Iv been doing my "homework" and reading a lot about leopard geckos. I have a small area on my desk where ill be able to place comfortably a nice 90cmx45cmx30cm terrarium. Iv spoken to the reptile center here in Geneva and since so many leos have been abandoned over the years they have so many that they are willing to part with a couple and give them to me free of charge (sweet!)

so yeah i was wondering if there are any cold blooded critter lovers on here that could point me to an awesome forum like 3reef but for our mini dinosaur friends.

once everything is set up ill share pics

I don't really know any forums but I can tell you if you get a male they can get noisy during mating season.

I used to get so many returned because of the racket they make.

hahahaha such cool animals! and its pretty impressing the loud sound for such a small critter. mind you i think its a frog that holds the record for loudest noise to size ration

Yeah for their size they can produce alot of noise. True story. I sold a pair of geckos to a guy who was tired of seeing cockroaches in his house.(He released the geckos in the house). One day he came in looking like he hadn't slept in days and said the noise was driving him bonkers but he could not catch the things. His final solution? A shotgun.:(
