So i have only had this cube up and running for a couple months. but it was seeded with sand LR and filter media from my old 55 which i took down to set this bad boy up. AND now i am already tired of the PC hood. so i am going topless ;D awwwww yeah and putting on a 178 watt MH (10k bubl) fixture. a 150watt MH with 2 T5 antics at at 14 watts a piece for color. Are there any clams that can be kept under this super bright by comparision fixture? or am i still falling short. and whats a good clam to start with.... I am reading that Derasa is sorta the hands down way to go...

    Input?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Derasa is the easier of the clams, but under that lighting you should have no problem keeping any clam types.

All can go in the sand bed and should be acclimated to the lighting.

A Crocea can go up in the rock work once acclimated to the lighting.
