So I had to do it. i broke down today. I have a few tangs in the tank now but I saw a sailfin tang and had to take it home. Looked great in good shape. I tried to take pics but it seemed to like its new home. It sized itself up with one on the yellow tangs which worried me a bit but is swimming around now. so I now have the Hippo blue, Brown, 2 Yellow and the Sailfin Tang. Looks great with them swimming around. I hope this thing is a good addition to the tank. Hopefully they dont fight. Only time will tell.

Cool! The only thing is that Yellow Tangs are very aggresive and the Sailfin Tang being related to the Yellow could pose a problem. The Hippo and the Brown will do fine since they have different body types.
Just be careful and watch them!

I like the yellow tangs but I agree they are very agressive. I notice that there is only one of the two that is a jerk to it but it holds its own and puts the fins up and doesent back down. I like this fish more then the yellow I have had forever that is being a pain so I hope the yellow doesent push it because it will find itself at the lfs if not haha. All and all i hope to add a powder brown as well. I am not trying to fill the tank with tangs but they are cool looking fish. Any other ideas of fish that might be reef and coral friendly.

My tangs had no problem at all when I added a purple pseudochromis.
