    So far it's not doing to bad, but is it normal for it to go a yellowy colour in places?

    It doe's have a lot of like skin hanging from it, could this be the reason because it is shredding?

    thats an incredible difference, it is very possible that it is shedding, looks really nice in the before shot, i would give a couple days and see what happens, leathers are nearly inpossible to kill under the right conditions.

    your new leather looks good, i agree with everyone turn it will attach on its own. do turn down the flow for a couple of days the mucus will prevent attachment.

    There has to be somebody, that keeps a toadstool leather, that can say whether this is normal or not because it happens to their's, anybody, i need my mind putting to ease...

    I have had multiple leathers, never a toadstool so I would be of no help... Mine never changed colors like yours is doing though.. then again they weren't toadstools either...

    PM OmarD the picture, I guarantee you he can tell you!

    Mine goes through stages where it generally looks like crap and then it sheds and looks WAY better. You can blast it with a turkey baster and see if the skin comes off and if the color improves.

    That doesn't look right to me. Is the tissue intact or does it look to be rotting?
