my neon green candy cane is starting to lose some head or have heads dying off. Tank parameters have all been checked and are within tolerance. I have had this coral for over a year and a half, no major changes other than moving to led lighting approx 7 mo ago, but it seem to adjust fine. Have seen my emerald crab and some hermits on it as of late, any ideas, also how do you frag this coral? Thanks.

as for fragging, is there any branches ..if so just cut with some snips..its not very dense, and cut fairly easy...if its just one big clump...I have taken my big ol clump and agitated it in the water until it tightened up...then i split it with a sharp butcher knife...I actually quartered it..on a folded towel..lost some flesh around the cut areas...but all 4 pieces came back with out issue....ya gotta do it quick..they will get juicy on ya.. : )
as for dying off...are you sure its actually dying and turning to skeliton?...because mine has receded back at times where I actually seen the flesh separate...kept an eye on it and it came back in a day or so...my green and neon have behaved the same over the years. IME : )

oh...and I used super glue gel for to stick on the plug..
