Hi everyone this is my new breeding tank with my new arrival's two PURE black & white clown's as you can see the colouration is brilliant.

    What do you think????

P.S Any clown fish breeder know how long it takes for the fish to settle down & start spawning.[IMG]

It's a juwel rekord 60 54 ltr tank I was informed by a breeder that you don't need any special light's or a protein skimmer so all I've got is the standard internal filter it's only been setup a couple of days now how long did you have your clown's in the tank before they laid egg's??

how much did you give for them? I just worked out a deal on getting 3 MATED pairs of Black and White(proven egg layers from a breeding program) and one pair of TRUE perculas.

they have been in the tank for a few months. I've learned alot from my tank in the year I've had it. It probably took longer for mine because i had problem with high temps and ph when it was new. My tank is a mostly constant 79.5 give or take some. From the time she layed them till the time they hatch was about 5-6 days. Within 2 weeks she had layed more...... Waiting for them at present.>>>

Its not a simple thing to do by any means. You have to have EVERYTHING in place when you start and be prepared for everything.
