    It is nice because there is one plug for the whole entire fixture! then from the timer you can control the halides, t5, and LED's... you can choose exactly what time you want each to come on and off.

    The fixture has 4 LED's 1W each... they have about 40 degree lens on them and they are super bright- nice royal blue too! you get great color off of them but they have a slight spotlight effect.

    i also added a few montipora frags from my colonies in my other tank so i am interested to see how they do with the light :)

    the colouration is so much better! im sure in a month or so your corals will explode with growth!

    The one plug and built-in timer really impressed me about this light. Plus the T5/Halide combo is so nice. I had that on my 20 long. I wish I had it now.
