Been busy lately.. im probably going to set up the qt tank this week. As for the goby, i still haven been able to get him to eat but he does look a little better. Hes been out sifting the sand almost everytime i look at the tank. The poop is still stringy so iam going to put him in the qt as soon as its set up asap. How can i go about trying to id what paeasite that might be?

The goby is looking better!! The spots look like they fading away. Hes been sifting alot of sand and he actually was trying to eat pellets when i dropped them in, although he tried to sift them and they would come right back out his gills :( its a start though

I think QT is a little late, it is already throughout the tank. Try and keep the fish fed so they can fight it off. Are you soaking their foods? Feeding HUFA's? Sorry I didn't reread entire thread and can't remember.

Try getting some Selcon or another soak that has HUFA's, they help with the fishes immune system, garlics effects are debatable on the immune, although it will help entice them into eating.

No problem, I always soak my food in selcon before I feed. It might be a little pricey but definitely worth it.
