    One of my PC4 units gives me a solid red light. It's brand new and really frustrating.

    Contact digital aquatics. But first try to update the pc4 through your pc with the SID and see if that helps

    ITemp is giving error now too. Temp jumps all around from 50-100.

    I meant computer. If you have a computer stick the SID that came with your ReefKeeper into the USB slot and plug the other end of that into an available hub on your ReefKeeper.
    I have an old ReefKeeper that's doing that same thing. No idea how to repair it nor what caused it.
