clear fx pro has phosphate remover in it, and that could be your issue. i have to actually add gfo to my clear fx bag. i use the 450ml bag and my water volume is about 45 gallons. i feed 3 times a day and have a heavy bio load. it could be why i haven't seen any coral issues.
perfect example off how different each tank is so different and how one thing works great for one but not for another.

My TWV is about 25g's so may be a bit to much for mine :( I was trying to lessen the excess nutrients from the extra frozen I'm feeding my Mandarin. Back to the drawing board!

if you buy the smaller bag it may work out perfect for you that sounds like the perfect fit for your water volume i believe it was 225ml ???? , its said to do 25 gallons saltwater. or open that bag and take half out. ...but the problem with opening that bag is you won't be sure to get the right mix of the products.
i do think the larger bag may have to much phosphate remover in it for your tank since thats for 50 gallons of water. and its said to remove 3 ppms from 50 gallons of water so double that. in 25 gallons i would think it would remove 6ppms . and your at zero or near zero.
to much gfo can cause and issue with corals for sure. :(
i have seen great results from this product , but the 450ml bag is really a perfect fit for my water volume. i have also noticed my nitrates are staying around zero. which i can only attribute to this product. since nothing else has changed.

i want to add i don't know people in blue life. i just really believe in this product. my results have been amazing

be sure to match the bag size, to your tanks water volume. nanareefer has brought to our attention what the effects to much can do.

really... if you think about it how can a product work so well and not have repercussions when over dosed
