Which is better? Frozen or freeze dried mysis? What if we dip freezedried mysis in selcon and water for a night then feed?

Frozen, better consistancy, more natural. I know my fish no matter what kind (fresh or saltwater) won't touch freeze dried.

I've had the same experience with freeze dried as well - frozen is a better way to go
