    I use the reef chili for almost everything I have. My Frogspawn, hammers and my rico's to name a few. Pretty much anything that is a slime or filter feeder will benefit from this. I will occasionally give them a treat of my frozen food mix that I make up. But primarily it is only the reef chili.

    I live in Indiana and they sell them at PETCO. Is the only thing i buy there tho. Sorry, I didnt get past page one before responding. So this is an edit. I was refering to silversides.

    Ugh...you know, I always try to feed my ricordias....i turn off all water movement so the food doesnt fly away and they never eat it!...I do put bioplankton and such in but they never eat like my other shrooms and large polyped corals. Maybe they are being fussy o_O
