I am fairly confident in saying it's a lost cause.

Did you look for the presence of Pyramid snails, they are extremely common?

Clams can die suddenly. I am not familiar with your lighting type.

What is left of of the mantle does not look like PMD.

If this was a clam under 2" it's not unusual at all for them to suddenly die.

Looks like a Maxima, what type of clam is it?

Have you recently added new carbon or gfo?

I doubt it had anything to do with the kenya, the clam could have been and probably was going downhill without you noticing.I can't even venture a guess as to the reason, maybe a more qualified clam person will chime in.My own clam did the same thing, had it for two years and one day noticed it wasn't opening fully and the next day it was gone. When they go they go quickly.

    Yes, it's a Maxima.
I'm not familiar with pyramid snails, but I do see these, on the outside.

About the foot, I don't think I detached it. I think it might have been detached when it moved. When I placed it back on, it was free, I didn't have to pull on or move anything.

Snails? They don't appear to be moving at all.

No those are not Pyramids, Pyramids look like a grain of rice usually found around the base of the clam during the day.

    How big was this clam?

Took it out today, looked completely gone.
Weird how it happened so fast.

Yeah, I'll have to get a replacement.
Everything else in the tank looks good, the water is good.
The Nitrate is always around 10PPM, but that's as low as I'm able to get it... I've tried everything.

The lighting I've been told is fine; It kept the clam going for about 8 months, so I assume it was fine.

This is what happened to me after 6 months.

Look REALLY closely for pyramid snails. They're tiny little guys. Not worth getting another clam right away if they're hiding in your tank.

It's what did mine it. By the time I noticed it was too late. Literally went from opening beautifully, to looking like your first picture overnight... and then it was gone :(
