Uv can help. Dr. Tims products can help but bacteria is tricky.

Point those ph's at the surface a little and make sure there is no film developing on the surface.Stop adding anything.
Remove the canister filter.Stop feeding so much. One meal a day or every other day is more then enough for most fish.Do you have a tank thread??How many and what kind of fish?

I had this happen on my 65 gallon. Tried everything to clear it and it just came back. Then I took a suggestion for this site and just let nature take its course. It lasted for about 3 months but then it cleared up and never came back. Water has been crystal clear for About Year and a half. Good luck. Take it slow and let it grow!

Like I said, there is very little you can do besides wait. I've gone through this several times in the last year after moving my tanks. I used UV, water changes, wet skimming, carbon, mechanical filtration etc. The imbalance simply takes time to correct.

I'm really just concerned for the welfare of the fish, I don't want them to get sick or die.
