I would get the bulk reef supply 2 part kit...it covers alk, magnesium, and calcium. You want to keep all 3 of these in check. If you chase just one of these it's a lot harder. Get all 3 in equilibrium and it much easier. It took me about a week of dosing to get balanced about 3 years ago and I have been dialed in every since with weekly testing and dosing.

I mean like what kind of supplements should I buy in order to correct the problem. I have strontium, mag, calcium and all those supplements. What would I need to fix alk correctly.

Id buy the kit but I already have everything else. I dont wanna waste those.

You could also add kalkwasser to your ATO to maintain parameters.

I use the BRS soda ash and dose 2 part. Remember to keep you mag high. Also, do not change your alk too rapidly.

However, I'm not sure that this is going to solve your problem... Before I started dosing 2 part, my alk was like 4 dKH (which is very low). My SPS was fine and colorful. When I started dosing, there is no doubt that my SPS started growing faster. But the low alk did not cause any SPS to die...

Maybe you should give us your other water parameters and tank info (filtration, flow, tank size, tank age and stability, lighting, additives, etc).
