Hey all, I recently bought a book from the lps where I work. The name of it is; The new Marine Aquarium by Michael S. Paletta. Personally, I think it's an awesome book for a beginner to learn about the Marine aquarium step-by-step. I've already got a great deal of information from it's contents...;)

Try "Aquarium Corals" by Eric Borneman. It has sections on setting up reef tanks with focus on lighting, filtration etc. Also explains taxonomy of corals and also has indepth pictures of alot of corals and descriptions of each with detail of colors, captive care, location and special care. Roughly, $35.00 paperback!
