Hey guys I have a colony of zoanthids in my tank and one of my live rock unfortunetly just fell when i was cleaning the tank and hit a couple of my zoanthids, and they released what i think was toxins into the water(brown stuff came out from them) ....I'm just wondering if it is safe to keep working on my tank, the sad part was I was just in the process of glueing some of my live rock togeethr so they wouldnt fall on any of my corals.....

Make sure you have no open wounds on your hands or arms. Got good flow?

I would have to say stay out of your tank. Zoas have put people in the hospital with heart failure and such. Run carbon if you aren't already to get rid of the toxins and doing a water change like you said is a good idea as well. I highly recommend staying out of the tank.

No worries in a large volume of water, but I agree with the others make sure to wash your hands once your done fixing your rock.
