That's a rough one, did you have your tank plugged into a GFCI? As long as you remove the current and get everything back in working order what has survived will keep surviving. I would do several water changes over the next week to help with any die off in the tank.

Surge protector isnt made to help with shortages around water thus the reason why you need a GFCI outlet and probably the reason it didnt trip.

Also, in my grounding probe, it has to be connected to the outlet vice surge protector so that may make a difference too.

if you have any extra pumps to move water get the water in the tank moving , point the pumps to the surface. you want to get that water aerated to help the fish breath

If you have dead corals and cloudy water, remove them ASAP. Do a large water change and add carbon to remove the nastys. Would also add some Prime or equivalent to neutralize any ammonia. Sorry this happened.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    This this this.

Once corals start dying it begins a cascade effect, the decay of one coral causes another death and so on and so forth, add to that non existent available O2 because it's now being used by the huge bacterial bloom that is about to take place.
