What permits are needed to sell coral!

    Was wondering if anybody knew what permits or license are required to sell coral etc in Ohio?

    You would need a venders license to sell but some wholesalers want to see some sort of proof that your a store before selling to you

    Was thinking of selling macro and nudis plus some other hard to get stuff. Not really a buisnness just a hobby. Not looking to turn this into anything crazy. Just want to play by the IRS rules i guess

    I think it varies by state. I wouldn't think Ohio would be so bad, but don't know. I know florida is a PITA but some states don't require any. I'm not sure aquatic life, would be on the radar of landlocked states.
