    by the way that TDS meter is a frightning tool :eek: tap h2o is 445 ppm drinking (spakletts) 20 ppm well se about RO/DI soon. never gonna drink outa the tap again ;D ;D

    Matt, Some are reading at 800 ppm and that changes daily depending what the treatment plant adds to the water and rain etc...
    My tap today is 256 ppm TDS reading.

    I've seen Sparklettes trucks fill up out of a hose. That's tap ware ladies and germs. You'd be surprised to see the TDFS levels in bottles water as well, scary stuff!

    it came as part of the upgrade to the typhoon III

    Yes and if you look at the bottle it is the ONLY one that makes bottled water that say RO filtered. The others just say filtered.
    Hell even this guy can hold a charcoal bag over a glass and call it filtered.

    I used a heavy duty type garden hose splitter with an 1/4" compression adapter on one side.
