    i have a four inch blue maxima i was told to spot feed from the lfs super charged marine phytoplankton and i use a small syringe to spot feed. my question is how often should i feed once a day or every other day or what

    I usually use DT's phytoplankton once every other Day. I just add it directly to the water. But I have know some who create a tent out of a 2L coke bottle and put it over the Clam then add the DT's from the cap opening and then leave it for a couple of hours.

    Mine are doing great but the other method has shown great growth. I'm thinking of adopting it.

    shouldn't a 4" clam be able to support itself without any help?
