    We have one like this in Brevard Cnty. We don't pay monthly dues per say, but every month a different member hosts a party where the people that attend can by raffle tickets for a drawing to win coral frags that are donated by one of our LFS. We usually spend between $10-20 on tickets and that goes towards equipment like stated above.
