Hi guys. Saw another thread like this but wanted to ask for mine. Looks like there is a tear in the mantle between intake and outtake.
If that a tear? and if so what does that mean? Treatable?
This gold maxima has never really extended its mantle out. Assumed it was because its a baby. Maybe this is why?

Regular. Right in the middle. Should be obvious

Clam is fine. Don't get paranoid about the mantle thinking it's PMD, trust me I've been there. If the mantle is out and it's not gaping it's good. Your clam looks good in the photo.

Thanks guys. Wasn't really paranoid but more about it's care.
That's new, wasn't there before so wanted to ask.
I'm partly colorblind, I don't see any orange on it. :-[

It's how the last pic came out, kinda orange. It's a nice looking clam.
