It was a piece of white flex 1/2 " because the site i bought it from didn't have it in black, i have another white piece i can just replace it but i wont paint it. I did it after the guys at the stores where painting their pvc with plastic paint and said it was ok, but never though of asking about Flex, anyway dum mistake , live and learn. :) i just thought that maybe some one would have done it before me and found a solution to the sticky problem lol. . Anyway thanks guys for your inputs. Cheers.

Just did a little experiment for you. I painted something with Krylon in my garage. I let it dry and used the de natured alcohol to remove it. De natured alcohol wipes it off like it's nothing. The paint dried for me so not sure why yours did not dry but I am positive the denatured alcohol will remove it. They sell it at home depot.
I use this stuff a lot to remove paint in one of my other hobbies.

    Got the solution

Well now i've been told to use either plastic DIP or Flex Seal which i bought at Loews. Its flexible , wont crak and waterproof.
