    it does seem like you are on the right track all i'd suggest is two additional things
    1.change what you're feeding,amazing what that one simple change can do
    2.bring that sailfin tang back to the store, they get way to big way to fast

    i had smae problem when i first set up my 75 gal,started back over and used live sand,and got some pepperment shrimp,and cut down on lights and problem was solved
