I just recently dealt with green bubble algae. I had done in my sump and a small amount on a rock in the display tank. I completely stopped lighting the sump which took care of that and bought two emerald crabs which one immediately ate the gba in the tank. In about three days there were no more signs of it. Haven't seen it for a couple months.
hard to tell from your pic, is the algae kind of stringy with bubbles on the strings? Our is it basically matted with bubbles? Bubble algae (dinoflangellates) will be stringy with bubbles that extend into the the water far from the rocks.

Update, on manual removal of RBA, it was a PITA but worked well. I am only 1 month after removal but all seems fine. I had to do 2 large water changes to remove a lot of nitrates and am keeping an eye on the carbon filters as the are a nitrate producer and plan on turning my HOB into a chaeto filter when my stock of filters run out. The peroxide was not even tried. Only the screwdriver/manual removal.

good for you because the red I have found to be way more of a pain than the green. Just keep an eye out and get them as soon as you can(if they pop up which I hope for you they do not).
