    My Candy Cane's polyps used to be out all the time, even with the lights on. Then I tried to kill it and the tissue declined rapidly. It is fine now and healing, but the feeding polyps are pretty much gone. In time they'll grow back.

    I'll see if I can grab any good photos when my lights kick on.

    Sarcasm. I did everything I shouldn't have that should have killed it, but it survived.
