Please tell me its not ich!

I went one or two days with out using garlic. I started using it again last night. I use the Kyolic liquid.

I see a spot on my Foxface now. It also seems that the hippo's color is fading . I don't notice her scratching but maybe she is. I also noticed some darker spots on her dorsal fins. I noticed the black on the forehead of my Clarki clown is kind of faded also. The foxface and the yellow tang have had a tinge of red coloring on their fins. I keep thinking that water quality has a lot to do with it. I'm waiting for the sand to come in that was ordered and then I will break the tank down and replace the sand bed.
