Hey everyone I'm new here and have a question about my platy. She was pregnant when I got her about a month ago. I thought she was going to drop her fry the last couple weeks but then on Tuesday she dropped one. It was in the tank until Wednesday then I'm assuming it got eaten. The problem is now it's thursday night and she has not had anymore babies but is still clearly pregnant. What is going on?

With those and similar livebearers (mollies, swordtails, guppies, etc), it's not uncommon for 1 or 2 to be released a few days early. Without knowing exactly when she became pregnant (or their actual gestation period), it's difficult to determine if you have a problem, but I doubt it. I will suggest that you get her into a breeder or separate tank if you plan to raise the fry. :)
