Yes sir Mr. Otty I have plenty and I just got another 100lbs of Calcium flakes on the way yesterday

Oh I had a design I made several with externial pumps or servos to mix the lime a few times a day then one day I had a lot of time to think LOL I was bed ridden nearly 3 yrs But I said Huum why mount a drive motor outside be it a servo to turn a stirrer or a pump . with any servo the shat for the stirrer bar will have some wobble in it and that wears the seal out at some point and the pumps no matter what type their impellers all wear out fast . Its like pumping a course slurry with the little plastic impellers . I thought Huum so I explained to my son what i wanted to do and what it had to look like and he built me one and its still running on the system I have in Va .

But with my new idea its just as god just needs no mixing the pressure from the water filter hits it full force pis.and blast it into a fully fluidized state every time the sump calls for water. and has no moving parts to ever wear out or worry about . I and a few of my old time friends should have patented some of our old old a$$ ideas long ago I see many now being sold or plastered around the net with someone else's name on them.. :)

SO the reactor your using now feeds from the bottom. from what source? RO/DI? topoff resvr.?does it have pressure? does it need pressure?
then you have a"disk" w/holes in it that the kalk sits on? srry for all ??? just trying to picture it

If it has a grey look like clay to it then you best not use that thats used for flower and lawn gardens and is loaded with Phosphates what you have to use is food grade hydrated lime.

Yes that will not work I know it will line the inside of you reactors and pumps and tubing to the point of totaly closing them up completely. High in nitrogen also

ph adjusted means it must have something other than calcium hydroxide, right? If it's a softener, maybe it has sodium carbonate added?
